Eddie Hooker CEO

Eddie Hooker – CEO Eddie Hooker formed HFIS plc in 1996 having previously gained experience since 1985 at Legal & General Insurance, Guardian Insurance and AXA Insurance. HFIS plc now controls over £13M of premium for in excess of 15,000 policyholders. In 2007 Eddie became CEO of Tenancy Deposit Solutions Limited t/a my|deposits. This joint venture between HFIS plc and the National Landlords Association has successfully procured government approval to operate in England & Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland and now Jersey.

Graham Coates

Graham Coates – Group Managing Director Graham Coates joined HFIS plc in 2013 and brings with him a wealth of experience having worked in strategic board level roles at AXA Insurance, Stuart Alexander Insurance Brokers and Bluefin Insurance. Graham also directly oversees the Business Development and Marketing functions for my|deposits. Graham is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, is ACII qualified and FCA approved.

Terri Dunne – Director Terri is the Director of Operations for my deposits and is responsible for the customer service delivery under all Schemes. She has over 30 years customer service experience from within the Insurance and the Private Rented Sectors and was instrumental in my deposits achieving its Investors in People (IIP) and Investors in Customer (IIC) accreditations.


Tim Frome – Legal Adviser Tim is a qualified solicitor who in private practice specialised in commercial, and landlord and tenant law. Tim plays a central role within the team dealing with all legal matters on behalf of my|deposits. He is responsible for ensuring that all guidance, documentation and literature is accurate and legally correct. Tim also has an integral role in dispute resolution, with responsibility for the case handling and team of experienced adjudicators.


Suzy Hershman – Head of Dispute Resolution Suzy Hershman is the Head of Dispute Resolution at my|deposits. Her background is legal with over six years as an adjudicator having qualified with the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. Her primary tasks involve managing a team of 15 in-house adjudicators, writing best practice and educational documents as well as presenting at my|deposits workshops across the country to better support landlords and letting agents, and tenants, with deposit disputes.
